contact and corrections

Send corrections, availability notes, and disclosure questions.

Use this page for corrections, Canadian availability notes, disclosure questions, and partnership context. Use the visible email route for corrections or partnership context. The form below lists the details that make a note useful.

What to send

The most useful notes include the page URL, product or program name, province or city affected, the date you noticed the issue, and a link to current official terms. We especially want corrections about expired offers, Quebec availability, changed cancellation rules, cashback tracking failures, and unclear disclosure.

What we do with corrections

We check the claim against public terms where possible, update the article if the issue is confirmed, and avoid naming readers unless they explicitly ask to be credited. Commercial pitches should clearly identify the company and the relationship being proposed.

Email note: if the form is unavailable in your browser, use the visible correction or partnership email route below.

Use the contact emails below if you prefer to send the note directly.

Response expectations

Corrections are reviewed against public terms where possible. The site does not promise individual advice, account support, or help resolving merchant disputes, but confirmed corrections should be reflected in the relevant guide during the review cycle.

Do not send account passwords, card numbers, tax identifiers, or private screenshots that expose more information than the correction requires.
